Brasserie Max's Sake Martini – Recipe

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal

15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif

15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Strain into a well-chilled martini glass and serve.
